By subscribing to or using IPTV UK (iptvuk.tv), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

IPTV UK provides a streaming service that gives subscribers access to live TV channels and on-demand content delivered over the internet. The service is intended for personal, domestic use by paying subscribers in the United Kingdom.

2. Account registration

To subscribe, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration details, and keep your activation code confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and payment

Subscription plans are offered on a prepaid basis (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Payment is processed by secure third-party gateways at checkout. There is no automatic renewal — each subscription ends at the paid period.

4. Free trial

A 24-hour free trial is available to new users, no credit card required. The free trial gives full access for 24 hours, after which it expires automatically.

5. Acceptable use

• You may not share, rebroadcast, resell or distribute the service to third parties.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the IPTV UK app.
• You may not use the service for any illegal purpose.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate refund policy, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for dissatisfied subscribers.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, upstream provider issues or events beyond our control. Channel line-ups may also change from time to time.

8. Limitation of liability

IPTV UK is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time by emailing help@catchontv1.email.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
