Get a Faster Reply From IPTV UK Support
Three small things that turn a day of back-and-forth into one reply that fixes it.
Write From Your Signup Email
Your IPTV UK account is tied to the email you paid with. A message from a different address means we have to ask who you are first, and that is a full round-trip wasted. Writing from the signup email lets the team pull your account, your plan and your last payment in one lookup, so the first reply is usually the fix rather than a question.
Name the Device and the App
"It is not working" has hundreds of possible causes. "Fire TV Stick 4K Max, TiviMate, error 401 when I log in" has about three, and two of them take under a minute to fix. Add the device model, the app you use and the exact error text. A photo of the screen helps even more. With that in the first message, most setup problems get solved inside a single reply.
Check Spam Before Following Up
Replies come from help@iptvuk.tv, and Gmail and Outlook both route first-time senders to junk surprisingly often. Before you send a "did you get my message?" follow-up, search spam and junk for catchontv1. If nothing is there after an hour, write again and mention the date of your first message so we can find it in the queue.
Quick Answers Before You Write
Six questions the IPTV UK support team answers every single day, answered here so you may not need to write at all.
Email help@iptvuk.tv or use the form on this page, whichever you prefer. Both land in the same queue and a real person reads every message. Typical reply time is under an hour at any time of day, including weekends and match days. If you gave a WhatsApp number in the form, the team can reply there too.
Two things catch most people. First, the letter O and the number 0 look identical in most app fonts, so copy and paste your credentials from the welcome email instead of retyping them. Second, if you were recently traveling or switched networks, your ISP may be throttling the connection: test once on mobile data with Wi-Fi off. If it works there, the account is fine and the fix is on the network side. Still stuck after both checks? Email us with the exact error message.
Yes. Email support from your signup address with the plan and connection count you want to move to. We apply the change and credit the unused time on your current plan, so you never pay twice for the same days. Upgrades usually take effect within the hour; downgrades apply from your next renewal date.
Almost always, yes. Lineups shift as broadcasters change their streams, so the same channel sometimes needs its source replaced. Email the channel name and roughly when it broke, and the team swaps the source, usually the same day. If a channel you want is not in the lineup at all, ask anyway: requests from multiple customers get added in the weekly lineup update. The full current line-up is on the IPTV UK page.
Check spam and junk first: the welcome email comes from help@iptvuk.tv and first-time senders get filtered often. If it is genuinely not there after 15 minutes, email us from the address you paid with and we resend your credentials straight away. Keep your payment receipt or the last four digits of the card handy so we can locate the order in seconds.
Yes. Coverage is 24/7, 365 days a year, and we deliberately staff up for Saturday kick-offs, Sunday games and PPV nights because that is when you need us most. Replies can take a little longer in the minutes right before a huge event, but every message still gets answered by a person the same hour.
